I am a yoga teacher and an online dating coach…
…and it feels lovely that my two jobs have finally overlapped. I have just been asked to produce a meditation video for single women looking for love. A meditation to calm the mind and stoke the fires of feminine energy to get you more into your heart, your body, your sensuality. I guide around these matters all the time in both of my jobs and it feels amazing to finally be able to bring both of them together in this way.
